A native of South Africa, Manfred owns Spitroast in the heart of the village. Known and loved for his habit of thwarting the Parking Rangers’ attempts to book the cars outside his shop by feeding the meters of tardy shoppers.
He holds a parking ticket:
“I hate parking cops, they piss me off. They should get a real job.”
